From  the very outset, the Foundation has cooperated fruitfully with the Roman-Catholic Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception of the Holy Virgin Mary. Every year more than 100 concerts of the sacred, classical and ancient music are held in the Cathedral. Thanks to the special ‘atmosphere’ of the functional church and the superb acoustics of its inner space, the concerts in the Cathedral have become an indispensible part of Moscow’s cultural and spiritual life.

The ‘protagonist’ of the majority of the Cathedral’s concerts is the grand pipe organ ‘Kuhn’ installed in our church.

As the Cathedral is a place of worship and the heart of the Archdiosese of the Mother of God in Russia, we would like the visitors to follow the same rules of behaviour as they would follow in any church, showing respect to the place and the people around.
